Shipping, Terms & Conditions and Returns

Shipping:

Items will be dispatched max 5weeks after placing your order for MADE TO ORDER section. 

Items will be dispatched the next day for READY TO SHIP section.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 (estimated delivery time 3-11 business days). Signature upon delivery is not required.

For standard international shipping, the flat rate is $27 (estimated delivery time 15-25 days). Signature upon delivery is not required.

For insured international shipping, the flat rate is $89 (estimated delivery time 15-25 days). This option includes insurance against loss or damage up to $2000 and requires a signature upon delivery.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number.

Please note: blush.handmadejewels cannot be held responsible for incorrect or invalid addresses provided, customs or import taxes in your country, or any restrictions on receiving parcels from Australia. If a parcel is returned for any of these reasons, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and return costs. Please check customs and import tax regulations in your country, as well as any restrictions on receiving international mail from Australia.

Lost parcels: Blush.handmadejewels is not liable for parcels lost in transit. While NZPOST covers loss or damage up to $200 for standard packages sent from New Zealand, international shipping companies may not provide reimbursement. We will assist you in seeking assistance from postal companies to the best of our ability. For international shipments, we recommend selecting the 'insured postage' option at checkout, which covers loss or damage up to $2000 and requires a signature upon delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes: Customs and import taxes are not usually applicable, but this may vary depending on your country's customs policies. It is advisable to check before placing your order.

Terms and conditions of purchasing:

By purchasing I agree to the following terms & conditions as ticked when i checkout (1-6)

  1. Resistant pieces may loose colour or shine with constant contact in water 

​Pieces are hand crafted and show the craftsmanship (small 'imperfections' and scratches)

  1. My stone may be cracked 

If you have chosen a stone piece, please note that you are purchasing with the knowledge that your stone may be cracked upon receiving. Rings are priced in accordance with weight in gold, not stones. Unfortunately for this reason, we are unable to offer refunds when a stone cracks.

  1. I may wait 3-5 weeks before my item is dispatched 

You are purchasing from our store with the knowledge that your piece may take 3-5 weeks to craft before it is dispatched. Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to refund before the order is dispatched so please choose carefully. Thank you for supporting slow fashion & sustainable businesses.

  1. My piece may differ slightly from images 

You are purchasing with the knowledge that your piece will differ slightly from photos. Our pieces are handcrafted each time so they are especially personal for you. 

  1. Once purchased my ring cannot be resized 

Sadly with any of our crystal rings, we cannot resize them. Please make sure you choose carefully & if you realize shortly after purchasing that you have accidentally selected the wrong size, please send us an email within 7 days. 

Returns & exchanges:

All returns - email blush.handmadejewels@hotmail.com with images/supporting evidence of your reason for refund/return. 

​1. Where jewellery is received faulty, evidence of this must be supplied within 3 days of parcel received date. This does not include cracked crystals.

  1. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 14 days of the parcel's receipt date.
  2. We cannot resize rings, please choose carefully. If you have selected the wrong size you must notify us of this within 7 days of purchase. You cannot return an item for refund if it is the wrong size.
  3. You cannot return an item for refund because you didn't like it, please select carefully.
  4. You cannot return an item because the crystal is cracked, we understand this may be frustrating. 

We make one off handcrafted pieces and are a small business. Thank you for understanding.
