Made-to-Order: Ships within 5 weeks of order.

Ready-to-Ship: Ships next business day.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Australia: Free Standard Shipping (3-11 business days, Signature Required, Insurance Included, up to 400 AUD).

International Standard:

Orders below 850 AUD: $27 flat rate (15-25 business days, Signature Required, Insurance Included, up to 500 AUD).

Orders 850 AUD and above: Free Standard Shipping (15-25 business days, Signature Required, Insurance Included, up to 500 AUD).

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, customs/import taxes, or import restrictions.

You are responsible for any return shipping due to these issues.

Returns & Exchanges:

Handmade: Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or changes of mind.

Sizing Issues for Ready-To-Ship Rings: If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution.

Free Resizing (Engagement/Wedding/Bespoke): We offer one free resizing for engagement, wedding, and bespoke rings if the item does not fit perfectly, excluding postage costs. This does not apply to "ready to ship" items.

Engagement/Wedding Ring Repolish: We offer one free repolish for engagement and wedding rings, excluding postage costs.
